Gracie is getting soooo BIG!

GRACIE AS A PUPPY (8 Weeks)

GRACIE AT APPROXIMATELY 5 1/2 Months Can you believe how much she's grown?

Mya Kitty

I thought since I post pictures of Gracie, I should post one of Mya too! She sits and purrrrrrs on the bathroom counter every morning while I get ready for work. We had to put a water bowl up there for her because she won't drink out of the one next to her food bowl since Gracie has been sneaking drinks out of it too. She doesn't like her germs I guess. Mya will be 9 years old on August 16th. She's the prettiest cat on the block!

Tuckered Out.....

Rowen was super tired after our trip to Nana and Papa's. I think Uncle Travis wore him out! He climbed into bed with me last night to cuddle. He wanted to sleep on the outside for some reason so I traded places with him. He grabbed George, his monkey, and was asleep in no time!

NEW Tigger Toothbrush

I was having trouble getting Rowen to brush his teeth so I took him to Wal-mart a month or so ago and let him pick out an electric toothbrush for kids. At the time, they only had Tigger, Pooh, Dora the Explorer, Wall-E, and Spiderman. He decided on Tigger after about 15 minutes of contemplating. He loves to brush his teeth now! He lets me get them real good and then I let him do it. He does a great job as you can see in the pics. It's hard to get him to STOP brishing his teeth but, that's better than not brushing them at all.

Easter Egg Hunt at Nana's House

Nana and Papa hid Easter eggs for Rowen to find Sunday morning. They were filled with candy, dollar bills and coins. He had sooo much fun! Nana purposely left 5 of them empty to see his reaction when he opened those to find nothing. He learned really quick to shake them first. If they didn't rattle, he went onto the next one. Then he realized that some of the candy didn't rattle so he opened them all. He would give them a shake and give them to Uncle Travis to open for him. When he found an empty one he'd throw it down and say "bad". It was really funny! Uncle Travis had him trained to put the coins and candy on the end table but the dollar bills in Uncle Travis's pocket. He enjoyed it so much that they hid the eggs several times for him to find. He also got a new leapfrog talk/record toy, a motorized boat for the tub, a a gun that shoots foam airplaines, a laser type gun that makes a dozen different sounds, and a few other little toys from Nana and Papa.

We took him to the town East Egg Hunt Saturday morning to see the Easter Bunny's. He got to pick up candy filled eggs and pick out an Easter bucket with the other toddlers. The Easter Buckets had a sand scoop, a book, a chocolate rabbit, candy and a fluffy bunny in them. He really liked that. But most of all he enjoyed playing on the jungle gym with Papa and Uncle Travis.

Playing in the Puppies Pen at Papa's

Rowen had a good time playing in the puppies pen with Gracie. They ran around and he laughed. At one point, Rowen tripped and fell. I guess he didn't want to get his hands dirty so he laid in the dirt on his stomach with his hands in the air waving them around. He wouldn't put them down to push himself up. What a germaphobe!!

A Long Drive to Nana & Papa's

We went to Nana and Papa's for Easter. Rowen didn't take a nap at daycare on Friday so he snoozed on the way there. Apparently, Gracie was tired too!
