Our Foot Spa Night
Sunday I spent most of the day cleaning and organizing. By the time I was done, my back was killing me and my feet were swollen so I got out the foot spa to soak and massage my feet. Rowen loved it. Rowen's Self Portraits
Rowen decided he wanted to take a few pictures with my camera yesterday. These are a few of his self portraits. He also took a few of his room, the toilet paper holder in the bathroom, the candle on the entry way table, and a few x-rated pictures of me changing my clothes after work that were immediately deleted. Rowen had left his sunglasses inside so decided he needed to wear mommy's to daycare yesterday because the sun was in his eyes. He just looks too cute!Monday, April 5, 2010
Baby Jenner is getting BIG!
I had my monthly doctor's appointment this morning and the doctor says that we're doing great! I am 25 weeks and a few days along now. I am really happy that I've gained less weight this time around. I gained about 60 pounds with Rowen...I was miserable and HUGE! I was sick the first 3 months and my body didn't adjust to the pregnacy very easily. With Jenner, I feel so much better. I had little to no morning/afternoon sickness and have only gained approximately 18 pounds so far. Babies at this time average about 13 1/2 inches long and weigh approximately 1 1/2 lbs so baby is getting big. Jenner is definitely a mover. He has moved, kicked, and flipped around more than Rowen did when I was 25 weeks along. Even the ultra-sound tech that did our last ultra-sound at 23 weeks had to be quick to get his picture because he was all over the place and said his heart rate of 167 proved he was a busy little guy. All is well and we are really excited to meet baby Jenner in June or July! Easter 2010
Sunday morning when Rowen woke us we told him to go in the livingroom and see if the Easter Bunny left him an Easter Basket. He was so excited, he ran into the living room to check. The Easter Bunny had left him a basket with toys and candy. He then went outside in the backyard for a little Easter Egg Hunt. He had so much fun and really enjoyed opening the eggs with Daddy to see what was inside. He also loved that he got to eat jelly beans and chocolate for breakfast!
Another Hospital Stay
Rowen contracted Strep Throat and a minor case of Bronchitis last week. He had a temp of 103.9, poor little guy. We made sure he was drinking plenty of fluids but his little body just couldn't hydrate itself with such a high fever so he was admitted into the hospital for dehydration. They were afraid he had pnuemonia but thankfully the chest x-rays showed he didn't. He was admitted on Monday morning at 10:45 am and released at 5:30 pm on Tuesday. He's back to normal and doing much better this week!

Jenner Jude Axtell...it's a BOY!
We are super excited to be having another boy! It just means more football and basketball games in our future. Rowen will be so happy to have a brother to play in the dirt with.

Rowen's 3rd Birthday
Rowen had a great time at his Spiderman themed birthday party! We didn't get very many pics since it all happend so fast, sorry! But we did get a few of him before he blew out the birthday candles...and of course, he's right next to his Uncle Travis. He loves his Uncle!!
